This alerts is triggered when the last 5 minutes metrics are missing.

Troubleshooting hints#

To resolve this issue, complete the following tasks:

  • Connect on FE Console
  • Select the region
  • Go to Elastic Load Balance service
  • Check if load balancer exists maybe it has been deleted.
  • Check if cloud eye push the metrics if this is the case. Check if the alert (CloudeyeExporterMetricsMissingFE)[CloudeyeExporterMetricsMissingFE.md] is also triggered.
